The company offers its employees a stable career with relatively low layoff risks; however, in light of recent events, the company has undertaken layoffs as a consequence of business and strategic reasons related to changing market demands and performance management processes. The company, like many others in the IT sector, was facing pressure from global economic uncertainties and the need to align its workforce with evolving technology and automation trends.

However, other Indian IT majors have also reported similar layoffs due to overlapping reasons, making this part of a larger industry trend to adapt to rapid technological changes and fluctuating client demands.

4. Health and wellness support: Comprehensive health insurance covers not only employees but also their families. Annual health checkups, gym memberships, access to sports facilities, and wellness initiatives, including Yoga and mental health-related activities.
5. Performance-based rewards and recognition: Employees who excel in their jobs receive gems and special rewards during company milestones. Long service rewards include unique bonuses; employees receive monetary rewards and exclusive honours as well.
